By accessing or using GitFlex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. GitFlex provides tools for generating GitHub profile widgets ("Service").

2. Fair Use & Rate Limits

We implement fair usage limits to ensure the stability of the platform for all users.

• Free Plan: Limited to 600 widget views/month.
• Pro Plans: Higher limits as specified on the pricing page.
• You may not attempt to artificially inflate view counts or abuse the API.
• Excessive usage may result in temporary rate limiting or account suspension.

3. GitHub Integration

Our service relies on the GitHub API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GitHub, Inc. You acknowledge that changes to the GitHub API platform policies may affect the functionality of GitFlex.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid features are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to discontinue your subscription or stop payment, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free tier at the end of the billing period, without any issue.
• No refunds available.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the widgets will always be available or error-free.
